Upholstery Plant Manager
Our Client is an established furniture company that employs in excess of 1,000 employees in approximately 2 million square feet of production facilities. They now ship to all fifty states and internationally.
They are looking for a Upholstery Plant Manager for their North Carolina Plant , who will bring their knowledge and experience to the company
Duties: Coordinates work of various departments to coordinate the manufacturing for an organization. Coordinates production at a single facility or in some cases production of several smaller facilities. Assigns duties and coordinate activities of supervisors and/or employees engaged in production.
Ensures manufacture of products on schedule, in accordance with quality standards, and at the lowest possible cost with the highest quality. Analyzes and resolves work problems, or assists employees in solving work problems.
Requirements:
"hands-on" Plant Manager, not an office person. This position will report to the General Manager.
Client wants someone experienced in running a stationary upholstery plant.
Salary commensurate with experience
